Step-1:Download and install a virus scanner

-we recommend Kaspersky Internet Security you can Install it.

Step-2 Disconnect from internet

-when  you are removing a virus from pc ,it good idea to disconnect from internet to prevent further damage.computer viruses use the internet connection to spread.

Step-3: reboot your pc into safe mode

-Turn your computer off and on again.

-When the screen lights,press F8 to bring up the advanced boot options Menu.

- Click Safe Mode with Networking

-Remain disconnected from the internet.

Step-4: Delete temporary files.

-Shortcut key is Windows+r.

-After run file open in write %temp%  click on ok

-You can see now temporary file on screen .

-Select and delete all file.

Step-5: Run a virus Scan

-It is time to run a virus scan using your chosen anti-virus or internet security software .if you are using Kaspersky internet security.

-select and run "Scan".

Step-6: Delete the virus.

-A virus is found,It may effect multiple files.Select 'delete' or 'Quarantine' to remove the file and get remove of the virus .Rescan your computer to chech there's no further threats. and delete the file.

Step-7: reboot you computer

-Now the virus is removed.you can reboot your computer.

-ALT+F4 and  select reboot option.

Your virus now have completely remove.
